The scope of SF Comercial's quality management system includes all processes and activities related to the marketing of pallets and packaging, from procurement to delivery of the final product to the customer. Due to the nature of SF Comercial's activities, requirement 8.3 of ISO 9001:2015 is excluded, as the organization does not perform product design or development activities.
